European Risk Insurance Company (we are more commonly known
as ‘ERIC’)
is an insurance company offering commercial insurance policies in the UK and Europe.

We can offer Employers, Public, Products, Property Owners liability, Material Damage, Financial Loss policies as well as other covers.

ERIC are regulated in Iceland by the Financial Supervisory
Authority (the web-site address is www.fme.is ). We are
also registered with the UK FSA (see www.fsa.gov.uk, our
registration number is 409198).

We also subscribe to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (the ‘FSCS’)
which can offer protection to policyholders in the event that an insurance company
is unable to fulfil its’ obligations.

In addition, we are also members of the Association of British Insurers (‘ABI’
- see www.abi.org.uk). The ABI represents the collective
interests of the UK’s insurance industry of which we form part.
